Ree Drummond Instagram – One of the best pasta sauces I’ve ever had. Heat olive oil, sear seasoned short ribs and remove, add onion, garlic, tomato paste, red wine, whole tomatoes, S&P, red pepper flakes. Add short ribs back in, then cook 3-4 hours on the stovetop, 50 minutes in pressure cooker. Remove short ribs and pull meat off the bones (most of it has already fallen off by now), shred the meat and stick it back in the sauce. Cook on the stovetop for another 30 minutes, or in the pressure cooker for another 10. Stir in parsley, basil, etc. Perfection! Add a little water to the sauce if ya want. Serve over pasta or grits!
