Ronda Jean Rousey Instagram – Five years ago when @paulheyman challenged me to stop passively waiting for opportunities and to write my own story, #Expecting the Unexpected” was born.
What started as a first draft written in an unexpected 11 hour writing binge has evolved over the last half decade into a graphic novel that attacks fight choreography in comics in ways never seen before.
Written, choreographed and preformed by myself, brought to life on the page by Eisner and Ringo award winning artist (and martial artist) @mikedeodato and edited by former marvel editor in chief and @awastudiosofficial ‘s own Axel Alonso – is the martial arts romantic comedy I never knew was inside of me until the wise man himself encouraged me to let it out.
