During quarantine I started teaching kids classes using acting as the vehicle to dive into self esteem building, embracing authenticity, being of service to others, and to create a safe container to identify how we are feeling. These kids have been the bright spot of quarantine for me! I feel so honored and blessed to teach them and watch them grow!! Their courage, energy, and spirit is so inspiring!! Truly in disbelief today. Six years and one day ago I was lonely, isolated, and a hope to die alcoholic. Today I have a community that shows up no matter what and loves me for me.
