Sameera Reddy Instagram – My dad turns 90 this year.. like most daughter’s I have this feeling in my heart that my daddy is the strongest and nothing will happen to him . I want to believe he will see Hans’ graduation ans Nyra’s teenage years . I want to know he will hold my hand and tell me it’s going to be ok for many years to come . But as I write this , a part of me knows that in our 30s and 40’s reality hits hard . And our parents become like our children and we have to be strong and brave like they did when we were just born . When did the switch happen? I still don’t know when I had to start adulting so fiercely and when sometimes all I want is to be that clueless little girl looking to him for everything . But change and age and life takes over and we have to flow with it . We have to be in grace . And we have to be mindful that we are lucky to have these years.
