Sarah Jeffery Instagram – I almost didn’t post this photo! I thought everything about my body just looked wrong, too big in all the wrong places, not enough like the girls I see in LA (which sounds trite but is indeed real), not the body I used to walk around in, bigger thighs and wider hips. I’m constantly working to rewire that type of thinking and self talk. Body Dysmorphia can take a lot of precious time and energy away from you if you let it, and it still happens a lot for me, but much less than it used to!
