This one is for all the parents out there who are following the collapsing systems and wondering how the hell to frame things with the beautiful children in the picture?
We can be accepting and spiritual about the polycrisis/metacrisis, but then… the kids!?

I asked @anyakamenetz who I met on @substack to join me to answer this gnarly question. Anya is a parent and climate activist, a former NPR journalist and she has written five books loosely related to the mental health of young people in the face of difficulty. She is also the producer of Joanna Macy’s incredible podcast with Jess Serrante, The Great Turning.
