Shandi Finnessey Instagram – Sweet Tofu came to live with us a few weeks ago. Before this, I had never spent time with a cow before. Heck, I don’t think I had even pet a cow! I knew they were sweet animals but had no idea how calm and gentle they were… how they have their own personalities… and how they love to be loved. Tofu is the best addition to our farm. And if I didn’t already have a lifestyle that omits all chicken/pork/beef, there’s no way I could ever eat another steak or beef burger again after knowing Tofu. He truly is just a great big puppy dog! And I hope he lives forever…
