Shizuka Anderson Instagram – I joined my fellow @eatmeetjapan2021 Ambassadors, @bunnytokyo and @donnyjkimball the other day and embarked on a TOKYO FOOD ADVENTURE that started with learning to make Japanese “Amezaiku” candy sculptures and ended with our tummies full to the brim on Frank’s Ramen Tour where we got to try *6*(!) mini bowls of ramen in the Shibuya area! 😍🍜
Amezaiku was such a challenge because you have to finish sculpting your candy in under 3 minutes before the candy hardens! 😱 We were supposed to make bunnies but mine ended up looking more like a lamb in the end (far right). 😂
I also wholeheartedly recommend Frank’s @5amramen tour!! He is such a fun guide and he’ll teach you everything you never knew about ramen! It’s definitely the perfect way to try a wide variety of ramen when you’re in Tokyo with too much you want to eat and too little time. 🍜💯👌🏼(Vegan options available too! 🌱)
