Today I want you to remind yourself of your power. Take a look at your life. Think about the things that you have wanted in the past. I bet you that the things you would automatically think about are the things you really wanted but did not get. And then you go on to think about how bad that made you feel, and how those unwanted experiences caused you to believe that you cannot get what you want. Am I right? But what if I asked you to focus on the things that you’ve wanted and RECEIVED. Feels different doesn’t it? You kind of forgot about those things… And that is because we have developed a bad habit of always looking for what is wrong, or what has gone wrong, rather than looking for what’s gone right. Remember this: WHAT YOU PRACTICE YOU WILL BECOME GOOD AT! So, if you want to keep practicing disappointment, not going for what you want, not choosing your happiness… If you want to keep living in fear, doubt and worry and submit to a boring and disappointing “play it safe bc I’m stuck” life, then you guess what? You will continue to get that! IT ALL BEGINS AND ENDS WITH YOU. Why not make GETTING WHAT YOU WANT a new HEALTHY HABIT? Why not focus on what went right, and what’s going right, so that you can feel good, because remember that when you feel good (with absolutely no resistance) it’s gotta turn out good? We have a pretty cool superpower… WE GET HOW WE FEEL and that DEPENDS ON WHAT WE ARE THINKING ABOUT. It’s a 50/50 outcome. Do you want to live life by default… Or do you want to create it your way? 50/50… Which side are you choosing?
