Guys! PERCEPTION IS KEY! How you see people and things will determine how you feel. Remember this: nothing matters more than that you feel good. So, if you are giving your attention to a lover, a friend, a boss, a bad thought, a past traumatic experience, and that subject is adding more stress to your life. More worry. More fear. More depression. More distraction and confusion. More feelings of being unappreciated or sad… Then you have to accept, that the contrasting subject you are focused on, DOES NOT DESERVE YOUR ATTENTION, because it does not match who you are now. A lot of times, we want to understand the person, or past trauma, or disappointment, so we sit in that stirred energy of bad emotions until we find an answer. But, that’s not our job. We don’t have to suffer or work hard to figure out anything or anyone. If we just put our mind in the present moment, and accept that this subject does not make me feel good, we can let go and let it be by itself. Once you put your attention back on you and everything that makes you happy, you will no longer be interested in focusing on those low-vibrational people, toxic beliefs, and past trauma that do nothing but block you from your blessings. Remember, that nothing lasts forever. Emotions come and go and so do people. So, turn on your light and see what’s truly worth your love and attention 🙂
