A lot of times we go through life in one big hurry! We walk fast through the parking lot to get to the store quicker. We speed race through the streets and freeways to get to work or a friend or lover’s house. We constantly race against time with the fear of being late. But, WE DON’T HAVE TO MAKE LIFE HARD. If we make some healthy adjustments, time can be our friend instead of our enemy. I want to be one of those people who are proud to say, “Time is on my side.” It all begins and ends in our mind. Once we DECIDE to make time our friend by respecting it and appreciating life more… life will feel EASY! We will have time to enjoy our meals. We will have time to take a walk and enjoy the sun. We will have time to spend with our loved ones. We will have time to get to work early. We will have time to finally be on time for our dinner plans. We will have time to BE HAPPY. And when we’re passing by each other, we will have time to bless someone with a, “Hello” or a smile. You will have time to get ready in the morning and take a good look at yourself in the mirror and smile, as you appreciate the person looking back at you. Start by taking the time to appreciate YOU. Once you do, you will be tuned in, tapped in, turned on, and eager to live and appreciate everything life gives you!
