Today, I want you to think about all the places that make you feel good. Why do they make you feel good? For me, I love going to the beach, because sitting in front of the water brings me peace and fills my inner being with joy. I love coming home to my cats, because their love and “present” mindset reminds me that I am loved and that being present is everything. I love going to Sacramento and spending time with my family, because I feel loved, approved, and appreciated. I love going on adventures with my close friends, because I feel fun and playful! I love going to a new coffee shop, because I feel inspired to write and create. I love going to the movies, because I feel inspired to act. I love going to restaurants, because I love to eat and food brings me joy! I love going to boxing, because it makes me feel strong and it’s therapeutic. This is life and we are supposed to feel good. Who you surround yourself with and what environment you put yourself in will determine how you feel. We all have choices. Choose happy 🙂
