When I first stepped foot on Cortes Island I felt I was on sacred land. Then when I got to Hollyhock where I taught over the weekend it simply felt like home. What a blessing it was to meet all of the beautiful participants who joined me in unfolding into our most authentic selves through yoga, deep relaxation, nature, and community. We are all recharged thanks to the team that runs this Canadian institution dedicated to wellness, mindful leadership, and positive social change. Great food, stunning gardens, dreamy sunsets, and wild open hearts! Thanks to my beautiful friends Melina Dawn @indigenousyogini and @deepavop for your profound and magical presence!
