Sophie Morgan Instagram – I rode the Pacific Coast Highway at 6 am today. The ordinarily blue skies of this California coastline were grey and the wind from the sea was biting cold.
This song came on…and I suddenly remembered the last person I shared it with….was Kris.
Then I remembered that exactly a year ago was her FUNeral…and that that was the last time I saw her.
I turned the song up in my helmet and thought of her dancing with her friends and family that night and her glittery jumpsuit with YOLO on it…it made everything feel brighter.
I had no idea my friend on the back was filming at this precise moment…it caught me v off guard when she shared the video with me later.
Anyway.
I wanted to share it in case it also triggers a memory you might have of Kris on this day, and you feel better for it too.
Sending so much love to all her friends and family on this FUNeral anniversary. She lives on in the gratitude. That’s where she is.
