Surbhi Chandna Instagram – Last week this time i was in Kerala at @carnoustieresorts the finest experience one can have at a wellness retreat and our first as well Karan was insistent that its time to Pause and stop chasing for the moment and make the most of this opportunity With the crazy life we have here i definitely realised the importance of Ayurveda in our lives After such a warm welcome we straight away dived into treatments ( such calming treatment rooms ) after consulting the ayurvedic doctor that’s present at the property through the day We had meals and a specific diet that was specially curated for us that focused on portion control minimal usage of salt and oil and yet tasting divine Also a day where both of us were on a juice diet 🤣 Cherished some real connections who we dearly miss and intend to meet soon The private beach at the property is beautiful to say the least catching sunsets was our favourite thing to do It is nice to have followed a disciplined routine whilst also enjoying some fun activities like cooking class ( learnt payasam , thoran and a lot more ) , exploring the kerala backwaters on a private boat and finally Concluded the stay with none other my than my favourite south indian meal – the kerala thali A clean diet chart given by the doctor that we wish to continue now that we are back 🤞🏼 Now the struggle is to get rid of the Kerala tan Suggestions are welcome 🥲 #kerala #keraladiaries #wellness #wellnessretreat #dump
