Driving 22 hours with a uhaul across a closed border to marry & pack up our life in LA because of family matters back home & the film/modelling industry collapsing, has been nothing but easy. But as I wandered the streets of LA for the last time before our move, I saw what LA had become during the pandemic. A city that we had moved to for it’s vibrancy and entertainment industry had now become quiet & empty. Experiencing LA at it’s current stage reassured me I was doing the right thing for now. Fast forward to our elopement ; it reminded me that it doesn’t really matter where we live , as long as I have my ❤️ by my side. We decided to elope & so happy we did because every ounce of pressure, anxiety & obligation was stripped away by just “winging it”. No tangible details mattered in a time when all businesses were shut down & that’s what made it so real & raw and it was purely about our love for one another that day! Granted we would love to have family & friends there and we are planning a party next year when all things covid settle. As I look back I feel like I look better than I did in my twenties, I'm booking more acting and modelling gigs than ever before, I'm now finally comfortable in my own skin, I've made leaps that I would have feared before and most importantly I've now reached a level of success where I can be proud of myself . Not only do you become wiser but you get to know yourself better through the experiences you've embarked on in your life and from that, comes maturity . If I listened to others that told me my age would get in the way, I wouldn't be doing what I'm doing today . And I love my life and feel so blessed to have the freedom to travel as I please and most of the time , get paid to do it for work. Fear is our bigger obstacle , but it's so important we face them . Nothing good comes from comfort zones and we all know, no risk no rewards! This is the way I chose to live my life and they way I'll keep living it ! Celeste Ziegler Instagram - Looking back on 2018 it was a crazy year with so many highs and lows. I’ve experienced multiple losses of friends and family just last year alone. My mom also had a severe stroke that left her paralyzed and completely changed her life and the lives of everyone around her. It was extremely hard to witness someone so strong , become suddenly weak and have to rely on family and nurses for help . It’s been a struggle on me mentally, emotionally and physically and thus my creativity and motivation suffered because of it . I completely shut down and kept to myself for awhile and cut off all forms of social media . People seldomly know or understand the hardships and struggles that others are going through. Instagram can be such a powerful tool , but most share experiences of good things in their lives only .It honestly feels liberating to share a little snippet of what’s been happening in my life and I encourage more to share theirs ...whether good or bad . With all that’s happened in 2018 , I guess the most important lesson I’ve learned is that you only have one life , so make the best of it . Follow your dreams , treat your body as a temple (you can’t buy health) , take time out for yourself and the ones you love and do what makes your heart happy . There was a point in my life where I was constantly exhausted , flying for jobs almost on a weekly basis it seemed , growing my company and working 10-15 hours a day. I look back and I’m so grateful for all the lessons I learned along the way and I’m extremely proud of all the hard work I put in! That being said, after countless sleepless nights, and putting all I had into work and reaching my goals, I neglected myself and the ones I love . I never had time ! So moving forward, I will constantly keep this in mind and make sure I take some time out for self-love and to spend with family and friends. After learning such invaluable lessons this year I finally made my dream happen and moved to LA to pursue my career on a bigger scale. My heart is so full and I’m so excited for all the beautiful opportunities and experiences LA has to offer with the love of my life by my side. 2019 is gonna be a huge year...I feel it!

Likes : 499Celeste Ziegler - 493 Likes - Looking back on 2018 it was a crazy year with so many highs and lows. I’ve experienced multiple losses of friends and family just last year alone. My mom also had a severe stroke that left her paralyzed and completely changed her life and the lives of everyone around her. It was extremely hard to witness someone so strong , become suddenly weak and have to rely on family and nurses for help . It’s been a struggle on me mentally, emotionally and physically and thus my creativity and motivation suffered because of it . I completely shut down and kept to myself for awhile and cut off all forms of social media . People seldomly know or understand the hardships and struggles that others are going through. Instagram can be such a powerful tool , but most share experiences of good things in their lives only .It honestly feels liberating to share a little snippet of what’s been happening in my life and I encourage more to share theirs ...whether good or bad . With all that’s happened in 2018 , I guess the most important lesson I’ve learned is that you only have one life , so make the best of it . Follow your dreams , treat your body as a temple (you can’t buy health) , take time out for yourself and the ones you love and do what makes your heart happy . There was a point in my life where I was constantly exhausted , flying for jobs almost on a weekly basis it seemed , growing my company and working 10-15 hours a day. I look back and I’m so grateful for all the lessons I learned along the way and I’m extremely proud of all the hard work I put in! That being said, after countless sleepless nights, and putting all I had into work and reaching my goals, I neglected myself and the ones I love . I never had time ! So moving forward, I will constantly keep this in mind and make sure I take some time out for self-love and to spend with family and friends. After learning such invaluable lessons this year I finally made my dream happen and moved to LA to pursue my career on a bigger scale. My heart is so full and I’m so excited for all the beautiful opportunities and experiences LA has to offer with the love of my life by my side. 2019 is gonna be a huge year...I feel it!
