Caption : Winding down on Season 2, and for part of the world we’re now coming to the end of Season 1. I just wanted to take a moment to thank you for all the amazing support we’ve received. The last few months have been a rollercoaster of emotions, joy, excitement, tiredness and something totally unexpected – the pressure/anxiety that came on learning the show is a hit. I struggled for years with my ambition, wanting to be ‘successful’, be on a hit show or in a blockbuster movie, and all the anxiety that comes with not being where you want to be. So for anyone who’s interested, I want to share that even when you’re on a show that people love, it comes with its own set of anxieties. Different, but still anxieties. “Alignment (happiness) is accepting the mood you’re in” – @michaeljamesbe When you get what you want, you still have the same mind so we may as well accept where we are now and not waste any of those moments of peace. With help from Michael, I’m able to navigate all the emotions (most of the time) and accept them for what they are. This isn’t an ad or anything like that, just an actioned inspiration.
