António Guterres Instagram – Last year, the @unitednations and our partners reached 11 million people in Ukraine with humanitarian assistance.
This included providing food, water, healthcare and shelter, as well as working to remove the deadly explosives that litter the Ukrainian landscape.
Yet, access to around 1.5 million people is extremely restricted.
That must change.
Attacks against humanitarians and civilian infrastructure must stop.
