António Guterres Instagram – If countries fulfilled their obligations under the @unitednations Charter and international law, every person on earth would live in peace and dignity.
The problem is that many governments are ignoring these commitments – and millions of civilians are paying a terrible price.
There is always an opportunity to create a more inclusive, comprehensive, and effective global order that works for everyone based on the UN Charter and international law.
We must work for solutions rooted in justice, with renewed urgency and solidarity.
