🍻 Alcohol is rather fucking delicious?
🌈 Queer people – on average – drink more than cis-het people?*
💀 However (!) drinking over four drinks a day – or 10 per week – increases your risk of cancer?

Over-drinking also impacts our health, our finances and our capacity to not say regrettable drunken shit to people that makes us shame-spiral for weeks after. 😵‍💫

So talk to your doctor about ways to reduce your alcohol consumption. Stay within the guidelines. And let’s be unapologetic with friends about lowering our booze intake.
