Inspired by @cheetosantino’s Netflix special: Cheeseburger, David started by serving Wagyu Sliders that were a worthy of Andrew’s clean plate; Crispy Scallops & Snow Crab a la Joël Robuchon served with thai basil and buttery corn pudding; Beef & Mushroom Crispy Rice (officially one of the best things Bobby Lee has ever eaten in his life); Kimchi Jjigae served with a bonus runny fried egg that is, no question, better than an over-hard egg; Mapo Tofu Ramen that could change the mind of anyone who hates tofu; and a Basque-Cheesecake topped with caviar to close things out in luxury.
