As a member of the entertainment industry for over a decade now balancing work and family life has been an incredible challenge. Being able to pursue dreams personally and professionally is a blessing but it has its serious challenges that I take day by day. As a husband, a father, a son, brother and many other roles I play in my family carrying the title of professional weightlifter, actor, tv personality, producer, and business owner, even for someone as strong as myself gets heavy. Being able to check in mentally and spiritually along with my physical health regime is always key to remembering it may be hard but its also the dream I am grateful for. Excited to have this conversation with other great individuals in the community hoping you are one that can make it out or catch online!
