Emmett Scanlan Instagram – Having a window of 10days between filming scenes, my man Mr. Dimitri & the wonderful crew at Nuffield hospital Chester managed to fit me in for some savage and quick surgery on my leg.
My legs have taken a battering over the years. Broken, bruised & torn from the choices i madeā¦.so it wasnāt a surprise that I had developed a busted vein so big it was too dangerous to ignore.
Before I went under I asked Dimitri if I could see the vein & squish it once heād removed it. He was professional enough to politely decline my wishesā¦. The request on retrospect probably sounded weird. Normal for a Scanlan though.
