Through everything going on in legislation against drag, to the continued legislation of removing rights for trans individuals I’ve become scared and insecure. Also being from TN with the fear of not being able to get my documents changed to have a valid ID with my REAL Name, I have continued to become fearful and insecure. So what I’m doing is trying to celebrate myself through those feelings and showing up, for myself, especially my health, hopefully that means standing up for others. What I have learned through recovery and therapy, and honestly being authentic and kind to myself is, doing things that make me feel good but not the things that harm me or give me the false feeling of Good. I look to my higher power today and I pray to my Goddess and angels Ulrike, Geneva, Janice, Diana, Chi Chi, Chelsea and Lady Red and I know everything’s gonna be OK. I love you.
