Jamie Oliver Instagram – Prosecco…..not only a lovely little drink but I also love using it to make really special sauces that perfectly compliment seafood. Did you know it dates back to Roman times and that up to the 1960s prosecco was produced slightly sweeter than the wine we know today ??? The more you know the more you know !!
