Jordan Doww Instagram – So I’ve been running the habit of staying up WAY too late this past year and just losing my mornings to much-needed sleep.. (i’m talking 5 am netflix binge nights…) But I wanted to change that. With the help of my new favorite @brooksrunning shoes (that look and feel amaaaazing,) I was inspired to challenge myself over the next week to wake up earlier, get outside first thing in the morning, & go for a nice walk. They say sunlight & movement right after waking has a million benefits for your mental health so I wanted to put it to the test..
