Luka Peroš Instagram – Throwback to @dubrovnikfestival Part 1
In one week we will perform The Tempest under the guidance of @vitotaufer as a general rehearsal in front of an audience.
This will be my return to the stages of Dubrovnik and I have to reminisce with a full heart on my first participation at this revered festival.
It was back in 2005 and 2006 I played the Poet Bertram in Giraudeux’s “Ondine” directed by @kreso_dolencic and with the stellar @renatasabljak as the lead role.
I was, yes, younger but in no way less ambitious as now. Performing in this glorious town is an honor, pleasure and a sweet delight.
I remember those days with fondness and pride.
And I will do my best to mesmerize the audience as we did back then.
Truly thankful to the great @damil._.k for sharing these photos a while back. I have not seen most of them until now.
Is youth wasted on the young?
