I have been procrastinating my passions, my self talk has been pretty lame, and I’ve been trying really hard to look like I’ve got it all together. But really, I’ve been swimming upstream. It took 28 years to get there, but I finally see that I can heal & I am deserving of my deepest desires and dreams. And WHAT?! Some days it’s OK to just have a regular day, go on a walk, eat good, and hang with friends?
