She has thick skin, so we didn’t want to go too small. We did build up the radix while decreasing the size of her hump & rotating her nasal tip upwards.
This patient’s nose looks incredibly natural and not overdone, which is always my goal for my patients. Her results will continue to improve with time!
Note: The radix is the upper bony part of the nose and the narrowest point at which the nose begins.
