Paul Reubens Instagram – 🌟 Throwback to the day a star was “born”! 🌟 On this day in 1988, Pee-wee Herman got his very own star on the Hollywood Walk of Fame @hwdwalkoffame, right in front of his favorite toy store @hollywoodtoysandcostumes!
At the ceremony, he joked, “Anybody who I stepped on to get to the top can come down here every day after this and step on me!” 😂
If you’re ever in Los Angeles, you can step on, and take a picture with, his star at 6562 Hollywood Boulevard!
(And, yes, it really says “Pee-wee Herman”!)
