Paul Reubens Instagram – No doubt you’ve seen that video of Pee-wee bonking Andy Warhol on the head with a squeaky toy hammer. But have you ever watched the longer video it came from? It’s a lot of fun! In 1983, Pee-wee went to New York with a bunch of toys to be filmed for Warhol’s show, “Andy Warhol’s T.V.” One of the most charming parts of the segment is Pee-wee singing his own theme song, “I know you are, but what am I?” Keep in mind that this was two years before he and Francis taunted each other with that phrase back and forth on the big screen.
