Robert Clarence Irwin Instagram – Our annual crocodile research trip has begun, up here in Cape York on our Steve Irwin Wildlife Reserve. Every year we make the journey up to the Wenlock River for the month of August. In partnership with the University of Queensland we utilise methods my dad devised to catch crocs, and couple that with cutting edge telemetry technology to discover more about these illusive animals in the wild. The goal is to uncover their secret world and find out how to better protect them.
