I very often think of what quality time with family would feel like , what a sudden vacation plan with friends and/or a dinner date with Co workers and colleagues would feel like.
What it would feel like to spoil my children silly and take them out every evening !
It might come across as hard to believe , but I don’t particularly have the LUXURY of ‘chilling’ as often as I would like or imagine.
A lot of us don’t have that luxury but what I do consider myself lucky for , is that I have wonderful humans around me that allow me to be the best version of myself , on my own timeline , to do better and be better than the previous day !
I come from the privilege of having THE BEST parents !
The BEST friends and team who allow me to blossom , every single day !
THAT is BLISS ! THAT is luxury !
I chose this ! This chose me !
Today my priorities are SO different from what they were when I was in my 20s !
Today I find bliss in the little time I get with myself , the little time I am able to give to my people and the little time I make for things that make me smile.
I FIND bliss in the little things that is my happy place
I have learned not to compare my happiness with that of others !
I have learned to unlearn and re learn and THAT ,
Is Bliss 🩷.
