Tim Robards Instagram – As far as days are concerned it doesn’t get much better than this! Epic turnout for @city2surf with the energy of 90,000 people breaking a sweat together! Endorphins were flowing! Thanks to my little cheerleaders, I wanted to stop but also was on a mission to beat my time… and thanks to @onepeloton for the support and getting me conditioned for the run with the Peloton Tread! I was averaging over 6 min kms on the flat, so pretty happy with 5’30”kms average this year! I’ll make sure I sign up earlier next year, avoid the traffic and hopefully improve even more!
