I have been trying to think of something succinct to say and I have failed because the emotions I’m feeling right now have reached such a height that succinctness or correct grammar and punctuation would not do them justice!
Thank you to the @televisionacad Thank you to my #LessonsInChemistry family and @appletv Thank you thank you thank you to every single person that watched and voted and loved on and supported this show…it has meant everything to me!
And now this happens on top of it all! To be nominated for an Emmy for the very first time and for it to be from an experience that was so wonderful and meaningful, just wow, I’ve been in tears and my mind is so blown and this is quite literally the worst caption ever but I have so many feelings and I’m desperate to share them. I’m enjoying so much of this sweet acknowledgement, I feel so seen right now, and just really so damn happy because it is a prayer answered and a dream realized, to be counted amongst such great actors whose work I revere, to get to stand here in this moment, my full self, and feel like this beautiful work had an impact larger than anything I could have expected is utterly astounding.
