This particular day at the waterfall I released something that no longer served me, I saw many lil frogs and I learned how to crack open a coconut on a rock (El saw me do this and said ‘damn you’re carribean af’ 😂) I reconnected with myself and my roots in ways I didn’t know I wanted but definitely needed.
