Ana Navarro Instagram – I’ve read and watched as much as I can on Tim Walz in the last couple of hours. You’re gonna hear he’s some sort of Leftie socialist. That’s false. He’s a gun-owner and hunter. He signed-up to serve his country at 17 and was a member of the National Guard for 24 years. (didn’t fake a bone spur). Joe Manchin – not exactly a flaming Liberal- has come out in support of his selection. You’re gonna hear that picking him was giving into anti semitism. That’s total bullshit. When in Congress he visited Israel. He supported resolutions to strengthen the alliance with Israel. He’s increased Holocaust education in Minnesota and condemned the Oct 7th attack by Hamas.
But what has clearly come through in every thing I read about him, is that he’s a Minnesota-nice, joyful, compassionate, normal guy. A plain spoken man who laughs easily and likes to help others. Republicans are gonna have an awfully hard-time making this teacher and football coach, who grew-up in a Small Town, USA farming community, appear like a scary pinko. Oh, and @chacha_cardenas was quite happy to learn he loves pets. How refreshing! I’m voting against #TeamWeird and for #TeamNormal.
