water, water, waterfall. water flow, I hear, I go guided in the warmth I’ve known in the water I was born. it came it healed and gave me all the water’s everywhere I know without it simply where I’d go? today’s healing ritual: cried on my way to the gym to sweat more water out, water out of the body takes away old and negative energy. what a natural flow. 🫶🌀

What is your favorite tree?🌲 In moments when I feel downcast and disoriented, weary and inundated by both inactivity and incessant demands, I find solace in a solitary walk. Embracing the unity with all that is living and divine around me, I come to understand that my life’s primary purpose is to simply relish it and find happiness. Through undertaking the challenging tasks I set for myself, receiving life’s lessons, and recognizing that everything I am given is a gift for growth, I find my path.
Mindful forest walk series. I have noticed everytime I go out to hike or on a walk in nature I instantly feel better. There’s a lot of different studies about the benefits of spending time in nature, and it’s clear why. Immersing ourselves in the natural world reduces stress, enhances mood, and improves overall mental health. Benefits of a Mindful Forest Walk: 1. **Stress Reduction**: The tranquility of the forest helps lower cortisol levels, the hormone associated with stress. 2. **Mental Clarity**: Walking among trees and plants can enhance cognitive function and focus. 3. **Physical Health**: Regular hikes improve cardiovascular health and boost the immune system. 4. **Connection with Nature**: It fosters a sense of connection and appreciation for the environment, promoting overall well-being. Taking a mindful approach during these walks, by paying close attention to the sights, sounds, and smells of the forest, can amplify these benefits. I could not be happier about this artwork joining the exhibition. It truly connects and gives the abstract spiritual story a body and visual experience.
