We spent the weekend at @fsmumbai & I can go on and tell you how lovely and luxurious the suite was, and while that is true, in a city full of 5 star options, it takes so much more than a good looking suite to stand out! It’s the service, the warmth of the staff, the attention to detail that leaves an indelible mark & makes you want to keep coming back.
My most favorite thing – The house keeping staff saw that my body wash and our tooth pastes tubes were almost empty, and they restocked them for us with full sized products! They even left behind a weekly medicine Organiser for my meds on the bedside table.
We stepped out to watch the match with our friends and we came home to a nightcap specially prepared by the F&B team!
They accommodated our request for a last minute massage and I’ve never felt more relaxed! My therapist Anjali was incredible. This was the first time in my experience where the masseuse actually read the form they make you fill out before the service where you share your preferences and dislikes, and she truly honored my requests.
