Anshula Kapoor Instagram – Haven’t been the most consistent with my health this month, but let’s reset shall we?

One day at a time, striving to have more days where I make the “better” choice instead of the “convenient” choice.. it’s the little changes in my day that make a huge difference to my mental & physical health 🤍

Starting with some achievable goals for the week 🌈
✅ 2.5-3 Liters of water everyday
✅ Minimum of 1 fruit a day
✅ 18 of my 21 meals a week (breakfast/ lunch/ dinner) will be home cooked
✅ protein first meals so that I stay satiated for longer💪🏽
✅ minimum 40 minutes of movement every day (dance/ walk/ yoga / stretch.. anything that makes you move your body and up your heart rate)
✅ not skipping my multivitamins & supplements this week
