Aurora Culpo Instagram – GRWM mealprep for Bone Broth Mondays!
It’s about that time of year when I incorporate a new health kick, and this time it’s a weekly bone broth fast for an overall physical and mental reset.
RECIPE
* 1 lb chicken feet
* 1/2 lb oxtails
* 1 yellow onion
* 2 carrots
* 1 leak
* 2 celery stalks
* 4 garlic cloves
* 1/4 cup ginger
* 1/4 cup turmeric
* herbs
* 3 tablespoons apple cider vinegar
* salt and pepper
-boil bones for 10 mins to remove impurities
-roast for half hour to bring out flavor
-Chop veggies and combine everything in Insta -pot/pressure cooker.
-top with water to max fill line, in about -2 tablespoons of apple cider vinegar (let soak for 30 mins to extract minerals)
-cook for 1.5 hours. Strain.
-Refrigerate for several hours
-remove fat from the top
-Heat and serve👩🏼🍳
