You never have to miss a workout with the door track, core ball and slides. They are lightweight & compact, the track fits most doors and now will come with an extension for taller doors. I’m in crunch, prep time for the filming of Belle Vitale. I would normally never take a trip this long, this close to filming because this is when I’m really rehearsing & honing the workouts. But I’ve been working on them for over a year, AND I can take the equipment with me! So YES, even on my vacation to Italy, I will get my workouts in. Not because I’m punishing myself, or feel like I can’t miss a workout but because I LOVE these workouts!! They make my body feel, strong, balanced & energized.
