Autumn Reeser Instagram – ♥️ The second slide is a picture of me at 18, playing Animula, the feminine soul of Franz Kafka in a theater production at my college. (Honestly, I probably got the role because I was the only student who could convincingly still play a child 😆)
While at the time I was just focused on the acting experience, I later realized that this character was likely a representation of Kafka’s “anima” when I went on to study Jungian psychology and archetypal work.
🧳 And the suitcase probably represented the box of shadow material we all try to nonchalantly drag along behind us, pretending everything within it is neatly tucked away and not weighing us down.
One of my favorite ways to work with others on becoming free is by opening this red suitcase together. With love. SO MUCH LOVE.
