Azekah Daniel Instagram – I MADE NEW FRIENDS 🎉💕
I reached the Baboon valley and tried climbing a steep mountain. The constant drizzle made this terrain a bit more risky than I thought! Trying to climb a mountain with no actual trail became hazardous ⚠️😅
I found a rocky spot and sat there,absorbing the scenic view, snow covered mountain peeks,the gloomy grey sky(yet so refreshing).
Meanwhile I had no idea how to go up or make my way down without slipping or having an injurious fall 🏔️😳
Two little friendly faces apperead out of nowhere and one of them sat beside me. 💕
Muneer a local mountain boy who had climbed down from his village atleast 3 to 4 kilometres!
His cousin Aashan accompanied him.
We sat and we talked. Muneer had a mother and 10 other siblings and his father had passed away a few years back.
Meanwhile Aashan was all over the mountain trying to find a steady branch which he would turn into a makeshift cane for me! 🥹♥️
Muneer took my hand in his steady grip and we climbed the top of the mountain,this little one had the strength of a mountain goat 🐐😄
There we sat for awhile and the rain got heavier making him feel cold now.
It was time to make our way down, I was dreading this part and out of nowhere Aashan appears with a cane. 😇
Now Muneer leads the path down while Aashan hands me the cane to check for steady ground to step on and took my hand in his small steady strong hand and led me down the mountain. 🏔️ 😮💨
Kashmiri people are helpful friendly people with big hearts and amazing hospitality!!! 💕
I hope to see these little ones soon, someday I will go and meet them again 💕
