Some of my favorites are above. @stereophonicplay was a delight in every way. @2stnyc ‘s #MotherPlay was a triumvirate MASTERCLASS (bless you, #JessicaLange : we are not worthy 👑). The whole ensemble of #MaryJane moved me deeply. @heidischreck ‘s adaptation of #UncleVanya was absolutely thrilling- & @msalisonpill ‘s performance was pure, gutting, & unforgettable. And Pedro & I keep saying the best time we had all-around in the theater this year was @jajasafricanhairbraiding : brilliant, moving, hilarious, important. THANK YOU, everyone who works in the theater!!!! Thank you for showing us ourselves- & showing us the way forward.
