I’ll look for you in the markets where we walked arm in arm. Amongst the ancient trees, I’ll talk and ask them where you are. I’ll find you in the expression of a Pekingese, in pots of honey, pretty hats, and in the eyes of your two boys. I’ll hear you say things like, “I’m happy as a tick,” and “I think you’re mad as a goose.” I’ll search for your humour, even on the darkest days. When courage is needed, I’ll call for you, hoping you’ll come by. I’ll seek you in the mountains you fearlessly climbed and skied. When the evening sun kisses the ocean, I’m sure I’ll see you there. I will find you in the colours of life and moments of mischief. I’ll search for you in the stars and wherever there is dancing. I will turn the music up and dance more than ever before. I’ll look for you in my dreams where you’ll say, “Hi Smally,” and tell me where you’ve been. Then one day, I’ll remember you said in one of your final days, “I don’t know what all the fuss is about, I ain’t going nowhere…” And I’ll realise, I never had to look for you at all. You were right here beside me all along, because, my darling sister, my heart is forever tied to yours. Pandora Cooper-Key ~ 1973-2024 🦋 @pandora_cooper_key

This is our new little friend Budgie Bear. She’s a brown ball of love and cosiness… has the kindest of eyes… is brave as a lion… wants to hug and kiss all day long… is a little manipulative… thinks she’s bigger than she is… has dinosaur paws … and we love her too much already 🥰

My little friend Budge. Oh how I love 💗
This is my 💛Auntie Charlotte 💛 and it would have been her birthday today. I absolutely worshiped her and I miss her every day. She taught me kindness, courage and how much strength there is in gentleness. She was golden in every way 💫
The children’s section – a magical place and one of my favourite spots 💫 📖 📚 💫 photo – @ellen_frg 🥰
The boy and the horse… I’m not sure what these two were chatting about, but it looked important 🤔💙✨

A couple of very special books. I always have so many questions.. (probably too many)… these books have given some wonderful answers… thank you @theschooloflifelondon and thank you @georgiana.anstruther_sculpt for introducing me to Rilke… 💫 #letterstoayoungpoet #rilke
🦋 @emmabarnett 🦋 – I am thrilled that this wonderful woman is my 1st guest on S3 of Fear Itself… Woop! I listen to Woman’s Hour on Radio 4 most mornings and I’ve wanted to ask her on the show since I started this podcast. As well as hosting Woman’s Hour, Emma is an award winning journalist and presenter of BBC’s news night – she is also known as the most fearless woman on air. I recently found myself captivated by her empowering new book Period. It’s About Bloody Time. It’s brilliantly funny, informative and incredibly moving… as Jennifer Saunders said “this is the book we have all been waiting for.” In this episode we find out how Emma toughed it through period pains so severe it caused her to black out and she discusses the fear surrounding her experience with IVF. She also tells me about the time when she attacked a man who was trying to mug her friend – a story she had never told publicly. Other topics – cool gangs, snogging/not snogging, doubt, interviewing nerves and finding that thing you love. But first we reflect on when Emma came to watch my play and the time we first met… Listen on Spotify or Apple podcasts! Big thanks to @onefineplay for all the support and to the fabulous @codexbeauty for sponsoring this ep. #fearitself
