To get to play a character as rich as Laura is a once in a lifetime experience and to get to play her twice is my proudest moment. Having had the littlest bit to do with what they all created on that set feels like I witnessed magic; the joy, talent, experience with which the golden trio approached building scenes was unlike anything I’ve ever seen before, complete symbiosis. It was hands down the most joyful happy set I’ve ever been a part of. I’ve never seen crews and production teams so excited to shoot things and get to be creative, and I’ve never seen actors so excited to be on set. So, credit where credit is due; our incredible director @slevydirect was so skilled at making everything feel fun and light while keeping in mind his objective with laser focus and incredible efficiency and sensitivity. To work with @thehughjackman again, who has been and is such an important figure to me, and to witness again his endless generosity, his warmth and his kindness, as well as his endless gifts as an actor, was such a privilege. I had the chance to keep learning as an adult, lessons I’d started as a child! As for @vancityreynolds … well, to watch him up close, bringing his unique and extraordinary wit and invention and dexterity and passion to work was an enormous thrill. What a privilege to get to experience first hand, how he inspired the group, with humility, enthusiasm, endless supportiveness, and a great big heart. I had a blast in the void with @jennifer.garner @channingtatum and @realwesleysnipes , true legends but above all, wonderful, kind, generous talented humans. Not a second felt like work when I was with them. We had the greatest time in our little cave. It’s such a special film because of the wonderful special people who made it, hopefully you can see their love pouring out of the screen. ❤️💛 Ps. I think that you should definitely go to the cinema today and watch it
