“Don’t Call” song and video are out now♥️ Wrote it in Sweden at the end of last year with @sebastianfurrer_ and @juliander in a small room in a building that used to be a prison cell — I especially love that fact because somehow the energy of this song feels confined but so vast and expansive like it’s breaking out of something. I was in Oslo the following week and couldn’t stop dancing alone in my hotel room to it. Walking around playing it loud in my headphones looking at statues in the park on my birthday. It felt so apt for the freedom I felt in those moments of my life. Very grateful to Sebastian for being the passionate talented wizard that he is and that arpeggiated vocoder at the end that feels like it’s drilling a hole into my heart every time. To Juliander for his 🤌 melodies and vocals on the track. Happy to be finding things in music that make me excited again.
