Sad to hear the news that #RichardSimmons is gone. 💔 He came to see us perform #StripStripHooray on The Sunset Strip. He sent me the biggest floral arrangement I’ve ever received in my career, along with a #BobMackie Barbie and several more gifts…and went straight up to my manager @meldishell and handed her a CD and said he would open the show with a performance of his new song. Obviously we agreed. The sold out crowd went insane, and he was gracious and kind to everyone. It’s honestly one of my favorite #showbiz memories. Were you there?
