Elise Stefanik Instagram – Failed Governor Kathy Hochul unilaterally made the decision to close Great Meadow Correctional Facility in Washington County which will lead to the largest number job losses from a closure for this region in the last decade. Hochul has once again turned her back on Upstate NY and she doesn’t have the guts to even meet with the hundreds of families she is tearing apart due to her decision.
